Job summary

Sunridge Assisted Living is seeking a caring CNA to support our elderly residents, respond to calls, and assist with activities of daily living. You will document changes and coordinate with nurses and staff in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

We offer flexible schedules, weekend shift differentials, a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, health/dental/vision, and opportunities for advancement. Work is in-person across our Utah campuses.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely.
• High tolerance for pressure and critical situations with a cool head.
• Good communication with residents, staff, families, and professionals.
• Love for the elderly and a compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Care for elderly residents and respond to calls promptly, assisting with ADLs.
• Document changes and notify RCC and nurse of concerns per policy.
