Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; no prior experience required.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• First aid and CPR training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort, safety and general supervision to residents by assisting with activities of daily living.
• Attend mandatory in-service meetings and participate in continuing education as required.
• Observe and report resident condition changes and document as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents, visitors and co-workers.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and related tasks as required.
