Vista Springs is seeking dedicated staff to provide comfort, safety, and daily living assistance to residents in a full-time or part-time capacity. You will learn residents’ preferences and support their wellbeing within a caring, respectful team environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or GED required; no prior experience necessary.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• First aid and CPR training preferred or required.

Aufgaben

• Provide comfort, safety and general supervision to residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Complete daily charting and documentation as required.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to residents' call signals and alarms.
• Attend mandatory in-service meetings and participate in resident care planning.
