Job summary

Nest & Care is seeking Personal Caregivers to provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients in Maryland. You will assist with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and daily activities per care plans, while maintaining dignity and safety. We value empathy, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• CNA/CMT with at least 1 year caregiving experience.
• No attendance issues.
• Able to perform personal and companion care per care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene).
• Read care plans and assessments and deliver consistent, planned care.
• Follow company policies including dress code and shift procedures.
• Clock in/out on client systems and report changes in client condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS are:

• CNA/ CMT's with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues
• Caregivers who believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients
• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care - provide hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Reads the client’s care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client
• Adheres to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
• Clocks in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing
• Observes clients recognize changes in their behavior or health, then notifies the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary
