Job summary

Nest & Care is seeking compassionate Personal Caregivers to support clients with personal and companion care, including bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene. You will read and follow each client’s care plan to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• CNA or CMT with at least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues.
• Able to perform personal and companion care per care plans.
• Reads care plans and assessments to provide consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal and companion care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting).
• Follow care plans and assessments for each client.
• Adhere to company policies including dress code and time off.
• Clock in/out on client systems and document shifts.
• Observe changes in client health and report to Nest & Care as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS are:

• CNA/ CMT's with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues
• Caregivers who believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients
• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care - provide hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Reads the client’s care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client
• Adheres to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
• Clocks in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing
• Observes clients recognize changes in their behavior or health, then notifies the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary
