Job summary

Nest & Care is seeking compassionate Personal Caregivers to support clients in the Montgomery County area with hands-on care and companionship. The role requires empathy, reliability, and adherence to each client’s care plan to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

The position offers a flexible part-time schedule, competitive compensation, and opportunities for training and development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CMT with at least one year of caregiving experience.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues.
• Availability: Mondays–Thursdays 8am–12pm.
• Caregivers who believe they can make a difference in clients' lives.
• Experience in personal and companion care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene).
• Reads care plans and assessments to provide care per plan.
• Adheres to company policies (dress code, time off, call-out, etc).
• Clocks in/out on client systems for each shift.
• Observes client changes and notifies Nest & Care if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal and companion care per client care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and hygiene.
• Monitor client health changes and report to appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate clock-in/out records for shifts.
• Follow all policy guidelines and care plan instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS are:

• CMT with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues
• Can work from Mondays through Thursdays from 8am to 12pm.
• Caregivers who believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients
• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care - provide hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Reads the client’s care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client
• Adheres to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
• Clocks in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing
• Observes clients recognize changes in their behavior or health, then notifies the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary
