Omega Senior Living in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant / Care Partner to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to their care plans and supervisor directions.

You will perform duties from charting and reporting to assist with meals, mobility, housekeeping, and social needs, while maintaining safety and professional standards. A high school diploma and state CNA certification are required, with preferred prior experience in assisted living.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current state CNA certification required.
• Preferred prior experience in assisted living or skilled nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Aufgaben

• Complete daily shift report and communicate urgent needs to next shift.
• Follow policies and procedures and manage tasks within the shift.
• Assist with resident care including housekeeping, laundry, social needs, and safe lifting.
• Assist with serving meals and basic clean‑up.
• Document entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts clearly.
• Report changes in resident condition to the DON/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidential handling of resident information and report violations.
• Maintain certification and participate in ongoing training and meetings.
