Job summary

• Assist with transfers, walking, repositioning, and mobility per care plan.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly.
• Document care provided and maintain resident records.
• Follow care plans, infection control, safety procedures, and resident rights policies.
• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, residents, families, and team members.
