Job summary

Omega Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care to assigned residents in Wayne, Nebraska. You will follow each resident's care plan and work under supervision to support daily living activities.

Responsibilities include shift reporting, assisting with meals, personal care, safety, and documentation. CNA certification, English proficiency, and a high school diploma are required; prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Must be certified as a CNA in the state and pass required training/exams.
• Prior experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Complete daily shift report and update next shift on urgent needs.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and social needs.
• Document accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nurse in charge.
