Omega Senior Living in Seward, NE seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care according to each resident's care plan. You will assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and social needs while maintaining proper lifting techniques and accurate documentation.

You will complete shift reports, communicate urgent needs to the next shift, and report changes in resident conditions to supervision. Certification and ongoing education are required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Must be a licensed CNA with state certification and training.
• Ability to make independent decisions when appropriate.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry and social needs.
• Complete shift reports and communicate urgent needs to next shift.
• Document resident information clearly on charts and flow sheets.
