Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a long-term care environment. The role supports nurses, aides, and other staff under supervision, following care plans and facility policies.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, dining services, intake documentation, and reporting changes in residents’ conditions to supervising nurses, with emphasis on patient dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA certification in good standing (state).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Lift, position, and transport residents as needed with proper body mechanics.
• Coordinate dining room services, tray delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Document meal intake and weight changes.
• Weigh residents and report changes to nurse.
