Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide nursing and related services to residents in accordance with each resident’s care plan. The role emphasizes a homelike environment while protecting resident rights and promoting independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, toileting, and transfers; documenting care; monitoring resident status; and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse. CNA certification and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification issued by the state or equivalent program
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret standard procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience with residents

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents per the individual care plan
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to Nurse in Charge
• Maintain resident rights, dignity and independence
• Document care activities and input into resident records
