Job summary

TEEMA GROUP is seeking compassionate caregivers for in-home care in San Francisco, CA. This contract-to-hire role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (35 hours/week) with strong potential for permanent hire as the organization expands.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support clients in maintaining independence. A driver’s license or reliable transport is preferred, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience with the elderly or frail population.

What You'll Do

Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry.

Escort and assist clients based on individualized care plans.

Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.

Promote safety by following infection control procedures and proper body mechanics.

Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare team members.

Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What We’re Looking For
