Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking compassionate Caregivers for in-home care in San Francisco, CA. This contract-to-hire role operates Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (35 hours per week) with no-night shifts and strong potential for permanent hire as the site expands.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, and supporting independence. Candidates should have at least 1 year of elderly care experience, a valid driver’s license preferred, and the ability to work both independently

What You'll Do

Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry.

Escort and assist clients based on individualized care plans.

Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.

Promote safety by following infection control procedures and proper body mechanics.

Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare team members.

Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience with the elderly or frail population
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable providing home visits
• Driver's license and reliable transportation preferred (public transportation is acceptable)
• Comfortable with a 3–6 month contract assignment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBasic English communication and documentation skills
