Martha Franks Retirement Community in Laurens, SC is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Afternoon and Night shifts. Join a caring clinical team that supports residents with daily living activities and works closely with nurses to ensure safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the State of South Carolina.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living is preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Direct resident care: assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility assistance.
• Vital signs & monitoring: take and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse on duty.
• Call light response: promptly respond to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Safety & hygiene: conduct regular rounds, sanitize resident areas, and follow infection control protocols.
• Documentation: assist with admissions, transfers and discharges, maintaining accurate documentation.
