Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caregiving team. You may choose Day Shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) or Night Shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) based on your preferences.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in SC.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in SNF or LTC is a plus; new grads welcome with strong work ethic.
• Strong communication, stamina, and patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct Daily Care: assist with ADLs with dignity.
• Mobility Support: help transfers and positioning.
• Vital Signs & Monitoring: record vitals and report changes.
• Dining Assistance: assist with meals and hydration.
• Community & Connection: maintain clean rooms and foster relationships.
