Qualifications
- Unencumbered Maryland RN license.
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience, including at least 1 year in elderly/long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction in MBON-approved CNA curriculum.
- Supervise and evaluate student performance in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
- Provide clinical instruction and direct supervision in affiliated facilities while ensuring patient safety.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, skills performance, and grades.
- Participate in program development, review, and evaluation for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure instruction covers required CNA content areas and prepares students for certification.
