Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and activities of daily living under RN direction.
• Record measurements and maintain timely documentation in EHR.
• Prepare patient rooms and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to nurse calls and provide patient mobility assistance.
• Support feeding and range-of-motion exercises.
