You will work with the Activities Director, perform 1:1 visits, and ensure daily updates to each resident's activity log while aligning activities with individual care plans, including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• CNA license is required.
• Experience with activities calendar and resident participation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow activities calendar.
• Encourage resident participation.
• Follow resident's plan of care regarding activities.
• Complete room visits/ 1:1 visits.
• Update the activity log for each resident daily.
• Work alongside the Activities Director to update activities based on resident preferences.
