Qualifications

• Six months to one year related activity experience.
• Current active CNA certification in FL.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing activity programs for residents.
• Coordinate activities inside and outside the facility, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Maintain activity calendars and documentation per policies and regulations.
• Provide in-room activities for residents unable to attend daily events.
• Help plan and execute fundraising events for the Activity Department.
• Record participation and progress toward care plan goals.
