Qualifications

• Active CNA certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage front desk independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable working with individuals with cognitive, physical, or sensory impairments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and assist with resident activity programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
• Support residents during dinner service around 4:30 pm and assist with evening care routines.
