Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Middleburg, FL community. The role runs early morning from 6:45 am to 7:15 am, focusing on personal care, ambulation, and feeding support for residents.

You will work closely with RNs, LPNs, and the Therapy Team to provide compassionate, dignity-driven care while maintaining residents' rights and confidentiality. A COVID-19 vaccination is required; wage details will be provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• A passion to care for the residents in our community.
• Certified in the state where applying or have active/current licensure.
• Available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients/residents, assist with ambulation, serve nourishments and snacks, and support daily living activities.
• Answer call lights and respond to questions, delivering appropriate care.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, protecting rights and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and the Therapy Team to deliver high-quality, personalized care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living under supervision of a Nurse.
• Assist nursing staff in providing resident care.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Partner with Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and the Therapy Team to deliver the highest level of Personalized Compassionate Care

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a Nurse

• Responsible for assisting nursing in providing resident care

• Other duties as assigned

CNA Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age

• Certified in the state where applying or have active/current licensure

License/Certification:

• CNA License
