Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and care for residents in our community. This role focuses on personal care, safety, and dignified support under supervision, with early morning shifts available.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, respond to call lights, cooperate with RNs and LPNs, and uphold residents' rights and confidentiality while delivering personalized care.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• A passion to care for the residents in our community.
• Certified in the state where applying or have active licensure.
• Available to work weekends.
• CPR Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients/residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to questions with appropriate care.
• Treat residents with dignity and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and Therapy Team to deliver high-quality care.
• Support residents under the direction and supervision of a Nurse.

How our CNAs make our facility Great:

• Provide personal care to patients/residents, ambulate residents, serve nourishments and between-meal-snacks, and provide personal care to patients/residents.

• Answer call lights and answer questions and respond, giving appropriate care.

• Treat residents with dignity and always observe all residents’ rights and confidentiality.

• Partner with Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and the Therapy Team to deliver the highest level of Personalized Compassionate Care

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a Nurse

• Responsible for assisting nursing in providing resident care

• Other duties as assigned

CNA Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age

License/Certification:

• CNA License
