Job summary

Westside Oaks is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. This weekend-focused role offers 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am shifts, with opportunities to provide personal care, assist with daily living, and support residents with compassion.

As a CNA you will work closely with RNs and LPNs, respond to call lights, maintain dignity and confidentiality, and help deliver high-quality personalized care. Florida-licensed CNAs or active licensure preferred; CPR preferred.

Currently, we have weekend warrior positions open. 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am every weekend.

How our CNAs make our facility Great:

• Provide personal care to patients/residents, ambulate residents, serve nourishments and between-meal-snacks, and provide personal care to patients/residents.
• Answer call lights and answer questions and respond, giving appropriate care.
• Treat residents with dignity and always observe all residents' rights and confidentiality.
• Partner with Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and the Therapy Team to deliver the highest level of Personalized Compassionate Care
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a Nurse
• Responsible for assisting nursing in providing resident care
• Other duties as assigned

CNA Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• A passion to care for the residents in our community
• Certified in the state where applying or have active/current licensure
• Available to work weekends

License/Certification:

• CNA License (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
