Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents and assist with ambulation.
• Attend to call lights and respond promptly to requests.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, upholding rights and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and Therapy Team to deliver compassionate care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living under supervision.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality resident care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

How our CNAs make our facility Great:

• Provide personal care to patients/residents, ambulate residents, serve nourishments and between-meal-snacks, and provide personal care to patients/residents.
• Answer call lights and answer questions and respond, giving appropriate care.
• Treat residents with dignity and always observe all residents’ rights and confidentiality.
• Partner with Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and the Therapy Team to deliver the highest level of Personalized Compassionate Care
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a Nurse
• Responsible for assisting nursing in providing resident care
• Other duties as assigned

CNA Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• A passion to care for the residents in our community
• Certified in the state where applying or have active/current licensure
• Available to work weekends

License/Certification:

• CNA License (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
