Job summary

Middleburg Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will provide personal care, assist residents with activities of daily living, and work closely with nurses to deliver compassionate care in a community setting. • Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and the Therapy Team to deliver compassionate care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living under nurse supervision.
• Support nursing team in delivering resident care and duties as assigned.

How our CNAs make our facility Great:

• Provide personal care to patients/residents, ambulate residents, serve nourishments and between-meal-snacks, and provide personal care to patients/residents.

• Answer call lights and answer questions and respond, giving appropriate care.

• Treat residents with dignity and always observe all residents’ rights and confidentiality.

• Partner with Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and the Therapy Team to deliver the highest level of Personalized Compassionate Care

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a Nurse

• Responsible for assisting nursing in providing resident care

• Other duties as assigned

CNA Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age

• A passion to care for the residents in our community

• Certified in the state where applying or have active/current licensure

• Available to work weekends

License/Certification:

• CNA License

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
