QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Bossier City. You will provide companionship and daily living support to residents, assist with memory and activity programs, and help with light housekeeping. A caring heart and flexibility for weekends/holidays are essential; CNA preferred but not required depending on state rules.

Current CNA and CPR/First Aid certifications are valued. Join a team dedicated to well‑being and respectful care for older adults in a senior living

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requirement.
• CPR/First Aid, preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.

• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
