QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Bossier City to support residents in an assisted living setting with companionship, daily living activities, and gentle engagement. The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliable communication, and a positive presence in a resort-style senior living environment.

Responsibilities include supporting daily living tasks, documenting changes, light housekeeping, dining assistance, and activities to keep residents engaged.

Qualificações

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requirement.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Must be flexible to weekends and holidays.
• Experience with older adults preferred.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Bossier City

Primary Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

• Supports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred
