Job summary

Absaroka Senior Living Center in Cody, Wyoming is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our nursing team. You will provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living while collaborating with RNs, LPNs, and other staff to deliver individualized, high‑quality care.

This position emphasizes resident rights, safety, and dignity, with a sign-on bonus for eligible roles and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming CNA certification required and in good standing.
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful care to seniors.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow resident care plans and RN/LPN instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning per care plans.
• Provide feeding assistance and help during meals as needed.
• Document care accurately and promptly in the resident’s plan of care.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for residents.
