Job summary

Atrium Centers is a 39-bed, employee-owned community where CNAs/STNAs are supported and part of a close-knit team. You’ll provide hands-on resident care per individualized plans, assist with daily activities, mobility, and safety, and maintain infection control while documenting vitals.

This role offers 2nd/3rd shifts, every other weekend, 8-hour shifts, HERO Pay, and a smaller team-focused environment where you can build relationships with residents and see the impact of your care daily.

Qualifications

• Active CNA/STNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans

Schedule & Pay Highlights

• Full Time: 2nd & 3rd Shift

• Every Other Weekend: 1st & 2nd Shift

• 8-Hour Shifts (More Predictable Scheduling)

• +$3.40/hour HERO Pay

• 39-Bed Facility (Smaller, Team-Focused Environment)

What You’ll Do
