Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a patient care technician to support the IU Medical Unit. You will assist RN with daily patient care—bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity, and ambulation—using proper safety and transfer techniques.

You’ll document vitals and patient data in the EMR and perform rounding and note observations under RN supervision. Schedule is three 12-hour shifts weekly, 1815–0645, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• GED or High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document patient data accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity, ambulation).
• Document vitals and patient data in EMR with accuracy.
• Perform purposeful rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist in admission/transfers/discharge under RN supervision.
• Maintain infection prevention and safety protocols.
