Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood in Brentwood, TN, is seeking full-time CNAs to join our 5-star skilled nursing team. You will provide quality nursing care to senior residents and support daily activities in a warm, compassionate environment.

The role includes assisting with bathing, hygiene, meals, medication assistance, vital signs, and monitoring for changes in health. Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required; we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee required.
• Prior geriatric nursing home experience preferred.
