Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking full-time LPNs for 12-hour shifts (7pm–7am) in Brentwood, TN. The role includes supervising nursing staff, ensuring accurate medication administration, and delivering direct resident care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee required.
• At least 6 months’ experience working in long-term care setting preferred.
• Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy.
• Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail.

Available Full-Time 12-Hour Shifts - (7pm-7am)

• LPN = $32.00/hr base pay
• 2nd shift differential = $0.75/hr
• Overnight shift (7p-7a) premium = base pay + $4.00/hr
• No PRN positions available at this time
