Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood in Brentwood, TN, is seeking full-time CNAs to join our 5-star skilled nursing team. You will provide quality nursing care to senior residents and support daily activities in a warm, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee required.
• Prior geriatric nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a CNA, provides quality nursing care to senior residents.
• Administers care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
• Helps residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene.
• Feeds residents and ensures taking their medications.
• Monitors resident vital signs.
