Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking full-time CNA/Care Partners for 2nd shift (3-11 pm) Monday through Friday to join our 66-bed skilled nursing facility on the Brentwood campus.

The role offers a supportive team environment and opportunities to contribute to high-quality elder care for residents in a 5-star setting. Tennessee CNA certification is required; prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee required.
• Prior geriatric nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a CNA, provides quality nursing care to senior residents.
• Administers care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
• Helps residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene.
• Feeds residents and ensures taking their medications.
• Monitors resident vital signs.
