Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking full-time nurses for a 12-hour shift (7pm-7am) in Brentwood, TN. The RN role offers stable work in a 66-bed skilled nursing facility on the Heritage campus, with focus on dignity, comfort, and resident well-being.

The base pay is $40.00/hr, plus a $0.75/hr second-shift differential and an overnight premium of base pay + $4.00/hr. Pre-employment checks apply; EOE.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee.
• At least 6 months’ experience in long-term care preferred.
• Able to provide emotional and physical support to seniors.
• Team player with ability to handle multiple tasks safely.
• Excellent communication with empathy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct care of residents and nursing staff on shift.
• Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
• Provides direct care as necessary and completes nursing rounds.
