Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full‑time registered nurses for a 12‑hour shift (7pm–7am). RN base pay is $40.00/hr, with a $0.75/hr second shift differential and an overnight premium of base pay + $4.00/hr. No PRN positions available at this time.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee required.
• At least 6 months’ experience in long-term care preferred.
• Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy.
• Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift.
• Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
• Provides direct care as necessary and completes nursing rounds.

• RN = $40.00/hr base pay
• 2nd shift differential = $0.75/hr
