Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• CNA certification required.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the certification board.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers and positioning with proper body mechanics.
• Respond promptly to call lights and changes in condition; report to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and comfort for residents.
