Job summary

Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caregiving team on day or night shifts.

As a CNA, you will provide direct daily care, assist with ADLs, mobility, vital signs, dining support, and create a warm, home-like environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (or eligible for reciprocity).
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in SNF or Long-Term Care is a plus, but new grads with a strong work ethic are welcome.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning using proper technique.
