Job summary

Tallgrass Healthcare Campus in Junction City, KS is seeking full-time Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our elder care team. Enjoy a stable schedule with local shifts, weekend premium options, and a generous sign-on bonus for FT employment.

Responsibilities include routine daily nursing care per care plans, supporting residents with warmth and respect, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Current KS CNA and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Previous job experience preferred but not required.
• Must be a current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Kansas
• Must have current CPR for Health Care Providers
• Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work within deadlines
• Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment
• Always exercise courtesy whenever residents, family members, and visitors are present
• Demonstrate pride in Tallgrass Healthcare Campus by keeping areas clean and safe
• Demonstrate ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and by being on time to work
• Respect the privacy and dignity of residents
