Good Samaritan – GSS ND Larimore Ctr in Larimore, ND is seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant (NA) for 12-hour day shifts. The role includes resident-centered care, daily living assistance, and documentation under RN supervision. Earn $21.00–$25.50 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

36 hours weekly, benefits available, and opportunities for schedule flexibility. Requirements include CNA certification, high school diploma or GED preferred, and at least 2 years in long-term care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or in process within four months.
• 12 hours of continuing education annually and competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care per care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities and meals.
• Document resident interactions and vital signs.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility.
• Support housekeeping, laundry and wellness programs.
