Ridgeway Post Acute in Petaluma, CA is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants to join a compassionate, resident-focused care team. AM, PM and NOC shifts are available with competitive pay and sign-on bonuses.

You will support daily living activities, monitor residents, and work closely with nurses and therapists. New graduates welcome; California CNA certification required; ongoing training and career development promised.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-focused care.

• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
• Follow facility policies and state regulations regarding resident care.

CNA Job Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-focused care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Mobility assistance
• Measure and accurately record vital signs

• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare team members
• Follow facility policies and state regulations regarding resident care

CNA Requirements

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred but not required
