• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
