Ridgeway Post Acute is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Petaluma, CA. We offer stability, growth opportunities, and a family-like workplace for both experienced CNAs and those starting their healthcare career.

Shifts include AM, PM, and NOC with competitive pay: AM/PM at $22/hour plus $500 sign-on bonus; NOC at $24/hour plus $750 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.

Formación

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
