Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on 1st or 2nd shift. You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

We offer competitive pay $17-$18/hour plus up to $2/hour shift differentials, a $150 weekend bonus, loan repayment or tuition assistance up to $5,000, benefits, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff; maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
