Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate home health visits in Johnstown and surrounding areas. You will deliver direct patient care following the plan of care, monitor vital signs, and support daily living activities to improve comfort and dignity at home.

Qualifications

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report changes in patient status.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

Qualifications
