Job summary

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Home Health visits in Johnstown and surrounding areas. You will be called to care when you're needed most, supporting a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients as part of Interim HealthCare.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Active Certified Nurse Assistant License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Active Driver's License, Auto Insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist per plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Active Certified Nurse Assistant License
• Current CPR Certification
• Active Driver's License, Auto Insurance and reliable transportation
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
