Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time in-home care role. You will work with a registered nurse to follow an individualized plan of care, document patient status, provide companionship, and assist with daily living activities. Must hold a high school diploma and Arizona CNA certification, CPR, and fingerprint clearance. Competitive pay per visit ($20-$30), mileage reimbursement, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Arizona Nursing Assistant Certification.
• CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Card.

Responsibilities

• Work with a registered nurse and other clinicians to provide care based on an individualized plan of care.
• Record your patient's health status and report it to the nurse.
• Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.
