Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure cohesive, comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.Anything else for resident care.
• Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Communication: Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
