Job summary

Emerald Healthcare in Claremore, OK, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Memory Care Center team. You will provide high-quality care, support residents, and ensure comfort, safety, and well-being in a clinical, skilled-nursing setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, vital signs, documentation, and collaboration with the nursing staff to deliver cohesive care, while adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to lift and move residents and perform physical tasks.
• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support mobility including transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Document care provided and changes in residents' conditions in electronic health records.
• Report any changes to nursing staff or supervisor.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and provide companionship.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure cohesive care.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Work Environment: This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs.
• Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Communication: Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor.
• Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
