Job summary

Emerald Healthcare is seeking a devoted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Memory Care Center in Claremore. You will deliver high-quality resident care, monitor health needs, and support daily activities to enhance comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, mobility support, vital signs, documentation in EHR, and collaboration with nurses and physicians to ensure cohesive care. Must hold Oklahoma CNA certification and be able to lift residents.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Physical ability to lift/move residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Assist with mobility: transfers, positioning, ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions in EHR.
• Report changes or concerns to nursing staff promptly.

Shifts Available: 11 to 7 4on/2off, Weekend Doubles, or M-F 7 to 3

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Work Environment

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs.
• Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Communication: Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
• Certifications: Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.
